Shipping Policy
At AnimeStufff, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience to our
customers. Please read our Shipping Policy below for important information
regarding shipping methods, delivery times, and other related details.
Shipping Options:
● Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on prepaid orders.
● Cash on Delivery (COD): For customers choosing the COD option, an
additional charge of 50 rupees will be applicable.
Shipping PAN: Our shipping PAN is INDIA.
Delivery Timeframe: Our estimated delivery timeframe is 8 to 10 days, which
may vary based on different shipping zones. In certain instances, the delivery may experience delays beyond the anticipated timeframe for delivery
Delivery Attempts:
● In case the first delivery attempt fails for any reason, the delivery date
may be rescheduled. However, please note that we cannot guarantee
delivery on a specific customer-requested date.
● Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to change the
delivery address. If the customer wishes to change the shipping
address while their order is still being processed, a charge of 49 rupees
will apply. To update your shipping address, please email us at
support@animestuff.com with your order ID.
Customer Unavailability:
● If the customer is unavailable at the provided address during the first
delivery attempt, a second attempt will be made on the next business
day. If the customer is still unavailable, a third attempt will be made on
the subsequent business day.
● Please note that the number of delivery attempts may vary for different
courier companies. Some couriers make three delivery attempts, while
others may mark the order as Return to Origin (RTO) after the first
attempt.
Serviceable Pin Codes:
● While we strive to service all pin codes, there may be certain pin codes
that are not serviceable directly. In such cases, prepaid orders will be
shipped via India Post. For COD orders, we will request the customer to
make the payment online before shipping the order.
Lost in Transit:
● In the unfortunate event of a parcel being lost in transit, the customer
can contact us at support@animestuff.com with their order ID. We will
expedite the process and dispatch a new order as soon as possible.
Disputes and Damaged Products:
● AnimeStuff utilizes courier services for shipping and does not provide
delivery directly. Therefore, any disputes related to fake delivery or
damaged products must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the
order. Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.
Courier Partners:
● We work with trusted courier partners, including Blue Dart, Ekart
Logistics, Xpressbees, Delhivery, and India Post, to ensure reliable and
efficient delivery services.
